Looking at the technical charts it’s almost as if the currency is waiting for something.
As I announced last week tomorrow (Wednesday) the Securities commission will give cryptocurrencies ratings like countries. South Korea is trying to regulate deposits to Crypto accounts and various other things are going on.
Bitcoin is sitting at what I call the “mining level” or the real value of the coin – so I would expect it to start moving upwards after Wednesday once we are through the USA debacle.
Remember that fundamental news although it has an effect on a currency cannot permanently damage it, only the actual growth of the currency and market penetration can affect the price in the long term. So when someone announces they don’t like crypto, sure it will drop a bit but then just return to where it was as their comments do not actually have any part in making the currency work. Things that move currencies, in reality, is the number of buyers holding the coin.
