Ripple XRP again were at the bottom of a nice big wedge waiting for the SEC to do something apart from postpone meetings. There are two hearings today and tomorrow Ripple is at the moment underpriced. Very underpriced, being held permanently low by what is hanging over it in the form of a judgement.
Whilst the SEC try to prove that Ripple knew that it may be held as a security by forcing the release of documents, Ripple XRP took on some more crypto heavyweights to fight their case.
Will this ever end, endless pointless hearings and yet the SEC seem to completely miss things like the Apelegos scandal.
I think the next 2 days will give us more of an idea on who is going to win this.
