XRP Lawsuit from over 10000 holders (including me).

I am now part of a class-action lawsuit! Go me! I’m holding XRP Ripple from $0.47 or so in two trades. I’m actually in the second part of a trading plan with this crypto. My first target being $0.749 at which point I will set a trailing stop halfway up the wedge as I believe its potential is huge. Possibly even up to the heady heights of $3/$4 this year. (this month?).

If there is even more of a hint of the class action by the SEC being dropped and exchanges taking the currency back the currency will shoot up but it could retrace quite quickly so I’m watching carefully.

I do recommend if you are holding XRP/Ripple to visit Crypto Law and join the class action law-suit against the SEC.

Of course, this is much more to me about freedom than making a profit. In my view, the SEC have overstepped their mark and jurisdiction. I still hold that all cryptos that are blockchain-based are actually out of their jurisdiction as the data is decentralized and not in one place, in particular, it’s everywhere and nowhere like some kind of mysterious magic. However, I can understand the argument that Ripple is owned by a private company and that does impact my favour of it against things like Bitcoin which is owned by everyone… and no one.

Viva la crypto!
